Why can I only select the Express Courier delivery option?
We can only deliver to the following countries via Express Courier. Parcels sent via International Express generally arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. This service is available for any orders of $400AUD or more at no extra ch

Standard International:. International Standard Shipping goes through Australia Post and offers only basic tracking. It generally takes 1–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination, but can take up to 6 weeks or longer due to international

Can I redirect an International parcel?
If your order has not left BMHQ, please reach out to us ASAP at [email protected] with as much information as possible and we will do our best to update your address before your parcel leaves BMHQ. Unfortunately once your order is shipped,
What extra costs might I expect? Customs, duties, fees, etc
Some countries may charge import duties, taxes, or other fees when your parcel arrives. The courier might also add handling fees for processing through customs. We know it sucks, but these charges are out of our control, and you'll be responsible for
Can my parcel be sent to a PO Box or Defence Force address?
Yes 😊 If your address is outside of Australia, just be sure to select Standard International postage. Unfortunately, parcels shipped via International Express cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Defence Force address.
