Can I redirect an International parcel?Updated 2 months ago

If your order has not left BMHQ, please reach out to us ASAP at [email protected] with as much information as possible and we will do our best to update your address before your parcel leaves BMHQ. Unfortunately once your order is shipped, we will no longer be able to update this information on our end. 

Standard International parcels cannot be redirected to alternative addresses via the postal service. 

Express courier parcels may be able to be redirected. We recommend reaching out to DHL directly to request a redirect.
