Once your order has been processed through our warehouse and leaves BMHQ you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, so keep it in a safe place so you can track your shiny new goodies all the way to your front door! If you're having trouble finding your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder - just in case it's hiding in there.

While your parcel is still in Australia you can track your parcel via the Australia Post website. Once your parcel reaches your country, it’s best to track its progress via your local postal services website (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc) as they are now in charge of the delivery and will always have the most up-to-date information.
