An item says ‘Sold out – no longer available’, will you restock it?
This usually means that the product was Limited, and once it’s gone, we don’t plan to restock (although we do occasionally bring back gear if the peeps demand it and if we are able, so feel free to post about how much you want it on our social media
Can I pre-order before a release goes live?
Unfortunately not – we like to keep it fair for all sharkies, so everyone has the same opportunity to nom at release time.
Can I put products on hold?
We don’t have the option to hold products, and our site doesn’t have cart holding. This means items are not secured as yours until your payment has gone through and you see the order success screen (the one with the cute confetti!).
