If your order shows as ‘Processing’ in your BlackMilk account, that just means our team is busy getting it ready for you! 🖤
Once your order leaves BMHQ, the status will be updated, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all your important tracking info - don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder for this email just in case!
Heads up: If any items in your order are Pre-order, your order will be held until those products are ready to ship. You can check the expected shipping date on each item’s product page or in your order confirmation email.
