Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?Updated 2 months ago

So you haven’t received your order? Please don’t stress! If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to [email protected] and our team will investigate.

Remember, if we’ve just had a big release, it might take the warehouse ninjas a couple of extra days to catch up. Some products also have different shipping dates, so make sure you check the product info page and your order confirmation email to see when your shiny new goodies are expected to ship!

If you have received a shipping notification, check your tracking number for the latest update on where your package of goodies are. We supply estimated shipping timeframes, but postal delays can happen from time to time! Once your parcel leaves BMHQ it is in the hands of the postal services, so it’s definitely best to get in touch with them directly for the most up-to-date info on your parcel’s current whereabouts.
