My order has shipped, can I still change my delivery address?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order leaves BMHQ, we can’t make changes on our end 😢 But don’t panic - you may still be able to update it!

Here are a few options depending on your shipping method -

Australian customers: if you create a free MyPost account, AusPost usually gives you the option to request a parcel redirect.

Standard International customers: You can try contacting your local postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.) directly.

International Express (DHL) customers: Check out DHL’s Delivery on Demand service, or reach out to your local DHL. Delivery is super speedy with this method, so the sooner you get in touch, the better your chances! Keep in mind DHL may charge an admin fee.
