How can I track my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order leaves BMHQ, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email (have a peek in your spam or junk folder - sometimes it likes to hide 😅). You can use the tracking number in this email to follow your parcel’s little adventure all the way to your doorstep! 💌

For Australian orders: Track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Standard International orders: While it’s still in Australia, track via Australia Post. Then once it reaches the destination country, copy and paste the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email into your local postal services tracking tool (like USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.) for the latest updates.

International Express orders: Track your parcel directly on the DHL's website.
