Of course! If you originally paid with a gift voucher our team will only be able to process your return for a store credit in the form of a gift voucher.

If you request the ‘refund’ option on your return form but originally paid via a gift voucher, we will not be able to refund cash and will instead issue you with a store credit. If you paid partially with a gift voucher, we will be able to issue any cash amount paid and will then need to issue a store credit for the remaining total.
