How long will I have to use my store credit?
Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you’re ever unsure, you can find the exact expiry date in your BlackMilk profile. Just log in to the site, head to your profile, and look under 'Payment methods.' Click on your store cre
Once my return is processed, how quickly will I receive my store credit?
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve processed your return (usually within 2-5 business days of its arrival at BMHQ). Once it’s processed, your store credit will be applied to your BM account and can be used as a payment method during checkout ri
How does my store credit work if I have used Afterpay?
If you choose to get a store credit for your Afterpay return, we’ll issue you with a store credit and your Afterpay instalments will continue to be taken out as usual until the order has been paid in full.
Do I have to use my store credit all at once?
If your order total is equal to or more than your store credit amount, the full balance will be applied to your order. If there's any leftover credit, it will stay on your account and be ready for you to use until the expiry date!
Can store credit expiry dates be extended?
Unfortunately, we can't extend the expiry date on store credits. Be sure to keep an eye on the expiry date and use your store credit before it expires!
