What is Refundid? (AUS ONLY)Updated 2 months ago
Refundid is a third party company that gives you instant access to your refund after you lodge your returns form. Yep, you’ll have your money back in your nominated bank account straight away – no need to wait for your return to reach us first.
Please note: This service is currently available for our Australia-based customers only, and to be eligible to utilise the Refundid service, your return must be lodged with Refundid within 30 days from date of delivery. If you wish to return any eligible items outside of the 30-day period, our regular 60-day return policy will apply. Refundid is not eligible for orders purchased with store credit or gift cards.
How can I use Refundid?
Head to our Return Form, and enter your order details. You'll be asked to select the return reason, and opt to have a return label generated for you (this will cost $9.03 AUD and be deducted from your reimbursement - yay for no upfront costs!).
You can then choose your reimbursement method. If you're going ahead with an instant refund, you will need to provide some personal information to Refundid. Once you've submitted your form, you can download your return label (which will also be emailed to you - it may be in your spam/junk folder).
You will need to pop your return in the post within 7 days to avoid your instant refund being reversed. Please note, if you don’t wish to receive an instant refund, you can select ‘I don’t want an instant refund’.

Can I use Refundid if I made a purchase with AfterPay or PayPal Pay in 4?
You sure can! Refundid will still provide a refund to your nominated account even if you have used a buy now pay later service.
Please note: If you haven’t paid for your items in full, you will be required to finish the payment instalments in order to avoid any dishonour fees charged by AfterPay or Buy Now Pay Later service (e.g Paypal).
When can I expect my Refundid refund?
Immediately! After you complete your return, you’ll receive a returns label in your email and a refund in your nominated account in seconds.
Are there any additional charges when I use Refundid?
Refundid is 100% free to use. You’ll just be required to cover the cost of your pre-paid return label – this will automatically be deducted from your refund total, so it’s super easy.
Please note: If Refundid identifies misconduct you may be charged a dishonour fee. You can read all about dishonour fees here (under section 9: Charges payable to Refundid).
What can I refund via Refundid?

Can I combine multiple orders for return-shipping with Refundid?
If you have not shipped back your previous return, you can combine your returns and send back one package using the label you previously received. You can do this with up to 3 Refundid returns.
In the event that the return postage cost has not been covered by the customer for a return, without BlackMilk's prior express written permission, BlackMilk reserve the right to withhold the return postage cost from the total reimbursement amount for the returned item/s.
