The Free Returns on First Orders offer is a limited-time promotion and may be changed or withdrawn at BlackMilk’s discretion without notice.
We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how you process the free return on your first purchase.
First-Time Customer in Australia? Try Us Risk-Free
- Spend $149aud or more on your first order and enjoy a free return if it’s not love at first try.
- This applies to first-time Australian customers only.
- You can return part or all of your order.
- Any items purchased in a different size or colour following your first order and/or return will be deemed as a second purchase, and therefore will not be eligible for a free first return
Standard Returns
- Returns must be received at BlackMilk HQ within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by courier tracking).
- You can still return your item(s) within the standard 60-day window, however, return shipping will be charged at the standard local postage rate.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
Refunds via Refundid
- Your return must be lodged with Refundid within 30 days of the delivery date.
- This offer still allows you to access instant refunds with Refundid, however, the usual Instant Refund T&Cs will apply.
- Refundid eligibility is determined by Refundid’s platform. Learn more and check your eligibility here.
There are a few products that can't be returned (sorry!)
- Sale items
- Hosiery
- Underwear
- Custom made, monogrammed, personalised, or altered products (unless faulty of course)
- Swimwear without its original hygiene sticker attached
Products purchased as part of a promotion are eligible for return providing the return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and the specific promotion T&C’s.
