Yes we do! If you're a Brisbane local (or just visiting!), you can drop off any eligible returns to BMHQ during our opening hours.

BMHQ: 463 Tufnell Rd, Banyo QLD 4014

Opening Hours: 8.30am to 3.00pm - Monday to Friday

Please make sure you have completed the online Returns Form for your item/s here: https://blackmilkclothing.com/pages/returns

Then, pop the item/s you're returning in a bag (the parcel you received your order in should be fine!) and be sure you include a note with your name and your order number.

Once we’ve received your return back at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check and may take 2–5 business days to be fully processed. As soon as we've been able to process your return, we will notify you via email.
