From 29 August 2025, all UK orders will be shipped via DHL on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means VAT and duties will now be applied to parcels entering the UK.
We understand this change may affect the overall cost to land your BM pieces, and we&#x2019;re sorry for any inconvenience this causes. To help offset DHL&#x2019;s higher shipping fees, we&#x2019;ll be absorbing part of the cost ourselves. Shipping rates will now be:

<li>Free for orders &#xA3;195 and over</li>
</ul>
We&#x2019;re continuing to work on making this process smoother and more affordable, with additional shipping options, including Australia Post Commercial DDP which is coming soon.
