Can I return items purchased with Afterpay?Updated 3 days ago

Absolutely – as long as they meet our standard returns criteria. You can read more about our returns here. 

If you choose a refund: You will be issued with a full refund for the price paid for the returned item/s once your return is processed. Afterpay will be in touch to process your refund or alter your payment schedule accordingly.

If you choose to get a store credit: We will issue you with a store credit for the price paid for the returned item/s  when your return is processed. Your Afterpay installments will continue to be taken out as usual until the order has been paid in full.
